  1. What are your candles made of? Our jar candles are made out of soy wax, and our pillar candles are made out of paraffin wax.
  2. What is the candle's burn time? Do not burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. 
  3. How long does it take to process an order? Processing usually takes 3-5 business days, and shipping time takes 3-7 business days, depending on location. 
  4. Do you ship nationwide? Yes!
  5. Why does my candle have frosting or color variations? Soy wax is natural and may develop frosting or slight color changes over time. This does not affect performance and is a sign of pure soy wax. 
  6. Do you offer custom or bulk orders? Yes! We offer custom candles and bulk orders for events, gifts, or special occasions. Please contact us for details and pricing. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 
  7. Can I cancel my order? Due to the handmade nature of our candles, orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you notice an error in your order or need to request a minor change, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
